Initial Assessment
You will receive an initial 2-hour assessment during which we review your medical history, family history, current medications, a full panel of new labs, and any additional labs, tests, or radiology reports you provide. The assessment also includes an InBody analysis and a comprehensive physical exam. We will work with you to design a personalized plan with evidence-based recommendations aimed at optimizing your health and reducing the risk of future illness.
The cost of the initial labs, consultation, and care plan recommendations is included in the initial assessment fee. This fee does not include any medications, treatments, or additional testing that may be required. The initial assessment fee may be applied toward any Tier Membership plan if you enroll within 30 days of the assessment.

Our care plans are built around a close, highly personalized approach. This is a concierge, premium medical experience designed to give you the time, attention, and support you deserve. We take the time to truly understand you, your health history, and your goals so we can create a plan tailored specifically to your needs.
Treatment Plans
Each care plan is individually developed in collaboration with the client to help achieve optimal results. To ensure care never feels rushed, we intentionally limit the number of clients we serve.

Membership & Billing
Care plans are billed monthly with a minimum six-month membership commitment, which must be prepaid. Members who pay annually receive a 10% discount (nine-month minimum if prorated)

Membership Details
Visit Scheduling
- Client visits are scheduled in advance by Executive Medicine staff based on availability. Walk-in visits are not permitted.
- Visits may be conducted in person or virtually, at the discretion of Executive Medicine.

Tier 2: Health Optimization Plan
Designed for individuals with more complex health needs who require increased provider involvement for planning, monitoring, and optimization.
Tier 3: Intensive Care Plan
Designed for individuals with significant health concerns or chronic conditions requiring comprehensive provider planning and close monitoring.
