Membership Care Plan Tiers
Tier 1: Basic Care Plan
Designed for those who have no significant health problems and who would like to preserve and improve their health. Members will receive a 10% discount on selected medications/nutraceuticals stocked by Executive Medicine.
** This care plan is billed at $399 per month.
Tier 2: Enhanced Care Plan
Designed for those who have health problems that will require more provider involvement in planning and monitoring. Members will receive a 15% retail discount on selected medications/nutraceuticals stocked by Executive Medicine.
** This care plan is billed at $499 per month.
Tier 3: Premier Care Plan
Designed for those who have major health problems or chronic diseases that will require significant provider planning and monitoring. Members will receive a 20% retail discount on selected medications/nutraceuticals stocked by Executive Medicine.
** This care plan is billed at $699 per month.
Tier 4: Acute Care Plan
Designed for those in an acute or subacute crisis that requires immediate intervention on a critical timeline with more intensive needs (i.e. Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple Sclerosis Attack, Immediate Post Surgery Support, Chemotherapy Support, etc). This will often require daily or weekly therapy. Due to the large demand for the physician’s time and expertise as well as the high variability of the specific intervention(s) needed, the cost of this care plan is customized. Members will receive 25% discounts off retail on select medications/nutraceuticals stocked by Executive Medicine**
*Client visits are scheduled by Executive Medicine staff in advance and according to availability. Visits may be in person or virtual as selected by Executive Medicine. No walk-in visits will be allowed.
